First, we listen. We started Sonas Health Communication out of a desire to transform the experience of those who speak a language other than English. Our team has extensive experience providing language access in the healthcare and education fields. We know firsthand the difference that can be made by having thoughtful, qualified interpreters and having systems in place to support culturally competent patient care.
We provide both in person and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) that is HIPAA compliant. During the current COVID-19 outbreak, many healthcare systems, post-secondary institutions, and local school districts are looking for ways to stay compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and to manage risk in general. We are passionate about working with our partners to provide language access and consultation with an extra measure of quality. We have the experience, expertise, and drive to provide the kind of meaningful communication access that makes a difference.
